After exposing the scam surrounding the fictitious book Whispers of Manifestation, crafty clever marketers or scammers are at it again! They have shifted gears and introduced another fabricated title: Hidden Manifestation by Oliver Mercer. This time, the scammers have upgraded their tactics, infiltrating popular manifestation videos on both YouTube and TikTok. They’re using a more sophisticated approach with varied comments and to make the fake book seem like a genuine hit.
You know what? Ever since putting up these reviews, there have been people maliciously trying to compromise this website. Check this out!

A New Approach to Spam Marketing
The scammers are using a clever strategy to make this fake book seem legitimate. They post a variety of comments on manifestation-related videos, driving likes to these comments using multiple accounts. Here are some examples:
- “There’s a book called Hidden Manifestation by Oliver Mercer, and it talks about using secret techniques to attract almost everything in life. It’s not some BS law of attraction, it’s the real deal.”
- “Just read Hidden Manifestation by Oliver Mercer, and I can’t believe it’s so underrated. Methods in this book are next-level. It needs more attention!”
- “The fact that nobody talks about Hidden Manifestation by Oliver Mercer speaks volumes about how people are stuck in a trance.”
- “If you’re seeing this comment, it might be a sign to read Hidden Manifestation by Oliver Mercer. Much love ❤.”
These comments appear credible due to the fake engagement. It’s a classic tactic to create the illusion of popularity and authenticity.
Who Is Oliver Mercer?
Upon investigating, it’s clear that Oliver Mercer doesn’t exist as an author in the world of manifestation literature. No legitimate works are linked to this name. The closest I found was a 1980s book titled The Complete Book of Body Maintenance by Oliver Gillie and Darrick Mercer, which has no connection to manifestation or the Law of Attraction. This lack of evidence strongly suggests that Oliver Mercer is just another fictitious name used by scammers.
Exploiting Borlest and Gumroad Platforms
Platforms like Borlest and Gumroad are attractive to scammers because they allow the creation of fake reviews without oversight. For instance, if you see a book from an unknown author boasting over 19,000 reviews, be skeptical. These reviews can’t be clicked on or verified, which gives scammers the freedom to create fake credibility. This tactic tricks buyers into thinking the book is genuinely popular and worth purchasing.
The $200 Bundle Exit Strategy
Scammers often go a step further by offering bundles as an “exit strategy” to make even more money. In this case, they’ve created a bundle called The Art of Manifestation, priced at a hefty $200, even though it initially sold for $12.99. The name closely mimics Regan Hillyer’s well-known program under Mindvalley. As someone who reviewed Regan Hillyer’s program on my YouTube channel, The Art of Manifesting, I can confirm its quality and effectiveness. However, the scammers are merely capitalizing on the program’s reputation to trick potential buyers.

Exploiting People’s Hopes and Generosity
Scams like Hidden Manifestation prey on people who genuinely want to improve their lives through manifestation. These scammers target individuals who are searching for ways to manifest their desires. They hijack the hard work of real creators. Many of these creators share valuable content for free, driven only by their desire to help others. Scammers, however, exploit this goodwill for personal profit.
Real Resources for Manifestation Success
If you’re serious about manifesting a better life, you should read authors like Neville Goddard, Eckhart Tolle, Earl Nightingale, and Bob Proctor. I recommend their works. Their teachings offer proven and insightful methods for manifestation.
If you want to connect with others on this journey, I’ve created the Inspire At Random Manifestation community on the Skool.com platform. It’s currently FREE to join, and it’s a great place to find support, share experiences, and build connections. I’ve also included several audiobooks that were instrumental in my own journey.
Final Thoughts
The emergence of scams like Hidden Manifestation shows the need for caution in the online manifestation space. Be wary of comments that promote unknown books and authors, especially when they lack credible information. Verify your sources and avoid getting caught up in fake hype.
